Do it anyway

I was really exhausted at the end of the Day.

A lot of work, not enough of sleep, rest and time for myself.

I didn’t have time for anything… BUT…

  • Sun Salutation A – 5x
  • Sun Salutation B – 3x
  • Standing Poses
  • Dandasana
  • Bending after Dandasana
  • Finishing Sequence

Result: happy, energized, calm.

How could I skip it?
